The Traction Steam Co-Work is a community of entrepreneurs, creatives and remote workers. The space provides all the amenities of a larger office without the high costs.  Members include remote workers, graphic designers, traveling  professionals, nonprofit leaders and other great people.

• Nonprofits and community groups are encouraged to utilize the Open Seat or Reserved Desk memberships and assign one group representative to have access to the space and amenities.  
• The assigned representative can reserve meeting rooms on behalf of the organization accordingly. 
• Traction Steam is not designed for direct service providers with clients and is not available for small and large group church activities.  
• Groups desiring to only utilize the meeting spaces may review the space rental page for one-time rentals.
